In collaboration with a senior designer, I played a key role in redesigning the Ann Summers website, which had not seen a full update since 2015. Through a series of focused project sprints, we co-designed an engaging website experience.
I led the design for several key projects, including the checkout process, returns portal, and e-gift cards, among others. Each project was guided by thorough user research and analytics, ensuring a user-centered approach to design.
